This work from the The Forgotten Past series captures a moment where the everyday meets street art. The photograph shows a fragment of an old car caught in the beam of a streetlight. Above it, a bright yellow graffiti piece by D.Miaso casts light onto the surface of time — like a signature that revives a forgotten scene. The contrast between cold metal and vivid color creates a sense of motion within stillness. Here, the artist explores how a visual gesture can transform remnants of the past into part of the living language of the city.

About the artist

Reon blends street art with the aesthetics of analog photography, crafting visual stories where each frame is filled with the atmosphere of a specific moment — its emotions, light, the noise of the city, and its beautiful imperfections. Since 2014, he has been exploring two creative paths — graffiti and film photography — developing them in parallel and gradually merging them into a singular artistic expression. In his work, the urban landscape is not just a backdrop, but an active participant in the dialogue between image and street gesture. His goal is to offer viewers a glimpse into graffiti culture while capturing the atmosphere and emotional tone of moments frozen on film. In 2025, Reon held a street art exhibition in collaboration with tcp375, where he also presented his genre-blending experiments. The gallery is proud to present Reon — an artist whose vision of the city is both raw and deeply sensitive. In his work, the street speaks — and its voice is rendered in the grain of the photo.
