autWhore

The work is created using stencil technique and layered paint, forming a rhythmic background of repeating text fragments. On top of it appears an accented word that blends different meanings and languages, turning the familiar into something provocative. This composition explores themes of identity and self-presentation in the era of digital expression. The word becomes both a tool and a weapon, losing its original meaning and gaining new shades — from irony to critique. “autWhore” balances between autofiction and self-exposure, questioning where authenticity ends and the commodification of one’s image begins. The rough texture and color contrast emphasize the emotional tension of a modern individual, constantly forced to produce and sell their own “self.”
