In this work, the artist combines fragments of urban photographs of Minsk — some taken by the author himself, others sourced from street posters and found images. The collage reflects the multilayered nature of the urban environment: familiar architectural forms intertwine with the visual noise of the streets, traces of time, and imprints of cultural flows. The piece was created as a visual accompaniment to the new album by Drum Warz Crew, titled “ISOLATION.” It resonates with the aesthetics of instrumental hip-hop — a genre that has become an essential code of contemporary digital sound. This style merges the rhythmic foundation of street culture with the experimental edge of the electronic scene, creating a space between analog warmth and digital coldness. Through this lens, the collage becomes a metaphor for both internal and external isolation, where the city turns into a reflection of emotional states.

About the artist

A simple city guy who finds beauty in torn posters and painted walls. For him, these fragments tell the story of our time — raw, layered, and alive. LUCK began creating his own collages from pieces of old street posters, turning them into reflections of fading eras of cinema, music, and culture. His works are a dialogue between what once was and what still echoes in the urban landscape. Each collage is both a memory and a statement — a way to preserve the spirit of the street and the fleeting pulse of everyday life. The gallery is proud to collaborate with LUCK, whose sensitivity to urban texture and cultural nostalgia adds a distinctive voice to contemporary street art.
